Selection & Recruitment Procedures
Maintain of computerized Data Bank
Our data bank is continuously upgraded so that we can keep track of the human resources we have sent
abroad. The system also gives us a clear picture as to how many candidates have applied and for what
post. The data bank gives us a accurate details of the number of candidates available and for what job
they have applied.
Process & Selection Criteria
There are di erent stages in the selection process of candidates, but before thet we have to ful ll certain
formalities which the Department of Labor Govt, of Nepal, has formulated.
The following documents are needed by the Dept. of Labor in order for them to give us a green signal
for advertising our demands in the local newspaper and recruiting manpower as per the need of our
foreign partners.
Documents Required From Employers
1. Agency Agreement
2. Authorization to utilize visas (Saudi Arabia only)
3. Special power of attorney
4. Demand Letter
5. Employees Contract
6. Job description (selection criteria for each job)
7. Deployment schedule as per mobilization planning
8. Commercial registration copy, computer card and number
9. Visa details and copy of visa slip
10. Any other documents required to be completed as per the company procedures prior to join
11. Pre-paid air ticket (PTA) or remittance (where applicable)
